decent stay overall

modern room central location loud room soundproof windows

the room layout was excellent and modern. the facilities were good and the room felt spacious. the staff were lovely and the hotel location was central.

the room was very noisy since it faced the main street. the windows did not have enough soundproofing. the noise from traffic was very disturbing.

modern gem near Ōsaka station!

speedy resolution convenient location on-site laundry

I REALLY appreciated the speedy resolution when i requested extra towels. The location was very convenient. I found it super easy to explore nearby attractions. the hotel had on-site laundry facilities. Doing a quick load was so easy!

I noticed the bathroom could use a little more attention to detail in cleaning. There was some hair left in the shower area. It wasn't a huge deal, but i did find it a bit off-putting.

The hotel is a short walk to Ōsaka station. I found it easy to access various parts of the city. Higobashi station is nearby. I quickly connected to dotoburi and shinsekai. the location helped me maximize my exploration!

The loft queen room city view had a modern layout. the room offered a separate shower and bathroom. This added extra convenience. i found the room to be spacious. It accommodated my needs perfectly.

The staff were attentive. They assisted me with directions and recommendations. roberto gave great recommendations. they arranged to courier back my house keys internationally after my wife left them in the hotel safe.

spacious rooms and great connectivity

spacious room charging point cute staff metro connection

i found the standard room to be quite spacious during my japan stay. i also appreciated the abundance of plug and charging points throughout the room. the front desk staff were very cute and helpful. i thought the metro connections were very close and convenient.

i noticed that the air temperature has a set limit, it only goes down to 20° c. this was a bit problematic during the warmer days. i did mention this to the hotel.

the hotel offers a clean gym with modern equipment. there is also a laundry service available . i noted the hotel bar had a billiards table for entertainment. the staff impressed me with their friendly and cute service.

the hotel is situated in a business district. it is close to multiple stations for exploring the area. family mart is just across from the hotel. there are many restaurants nearby, i observed.

my room was spacious with a modern layout. it included a self-opening bidet toilet. the bathroom products provided were much appreciated. i enjoyed the bright and airy feel of the room.
